David is fantastic. Always on time, great explainer, extremely capable, and very fair prices. Highly recommend.

As an agent and homeowner, I love working with D&D! They’re responsive, quick, competitively priced, and do great work. I’ve used them for my own properties as well as had them work on HVACs for clients.

Very knowledgeable and upfront on what was going on and what it would take to fix. Responsiveness was stellar and workmanship great.

Wow, he came highly recommended, and I can see why. Incredibly experienced and prompt with communication and explanations. Can’t recommend him enough.

I can’t recommend D&D more. I have used them on multiple properties on a wide variety of projects and have never hesitated to refer them to neighbours and friends.

David gave EXPERT service, was friendly and informative, and helped us set everything up that we needed set up! We'll definitely be using D&D from now on!
